Changes to the PAYE System & EDF for Income Year 2012

Please find below a Circular Letter  from the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA) regarding changes brought to the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system following enactment of the Finance Act 2011. These changes are effective as from January 2012.
