OSH (Employees' Lodging Accommodation) Regulations 2011

 

 

We wish to bring to the attention of employers that the one year transitional period granted as from 28 January 2011 regarding buildings which are already being used by as Employees’ Lodging Accommodation and which are not located in the same building as the factory will now lapse on 27 January 2012.

 

Employers are hereby reminded that as from 28 January 2012 no employer shall use a building as a lodging accommodation for his employees unless he holds a lodging accommodation permit.
