The Association of Training Professionals (ATP) in collaboration with the Regional Training Centre (RTC) is holding a series of lunch time seminars on training and management themes/best practices which are relevant to the modern Mauritian economy.
We are pleased to invite you to the second seminar in the series which will be led by Mrs Corinne Lautenberg. Mrs Lautenberg is a Certified Quality Manager and an IRCA Registered Lead Auditor. She specializes in TQM and ISO certification. She has worked in South Africa and now has her own auditing, training and consultancy company in Mauritius - ISYS Evolution Ltd.
This lunchtime seminar will provide an overview of:
- Quality basics
- Specificities of quality in the service sector
- Status of quality in service sectors: Mauritius and abroad
- New trends in the service sector
There will be time for questions and lunch will be served.
Fees: MUR 700 per participant
