• Maintain close contact with the appropriate authorities and advise employees on environmental policy matters

• Help members by offering them ready access to various environmental information and data, notably in respect of national and international environmental legislations

• Advice, information and assistance on the provisions of the Environment Protection Act

• Design and organise Training Programmes in Environmental Management

• Implement Cleaner Production Projects at enterprise level

• Representation of members on Statutory Boards and Committees

• Assist in the implementation of environmental policies and procedures

• Publish Guidance Notes & Information Notes on relevant subject matters and Environment sheets dealing with managerial and technical aspects of Environmental Management.
