We are engaged in:
  • advocating and presenting the Employer standpoint on workplace issues
  • case preparation and representation before Employment Relations Tribunal (ERT), Commission for Conciliation and Mediation (CCM), National Remuneration Board (NRB), Labour Advisory Council (LAC) and Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment
  • supporting employers in collective bargaining negotiations
  • assisting in drafting and revising company handbooks and policies
  • conducting training in IR and employment laws.
